Estate sales are special and remind us how much a person's life imprints on their home. This Randy Parks home had been in the family for over 50 years with lots of "remember whens" and personal touches that required extra consideration. Wanting the most for the family, the Trustees needed an agent who understood the emotional weight and need for a smooth transaction. Removing personal items, cleaning and inspecting can be a tall order when the home holds so many memories, so the plan also keeps everyone focused. We worked together every step of the way and turned it over to the next homeowner who was ready to love it and make it their own.
