Gold River Holiday Home Tour

Developed in the 1980s, Gold River was designed as a modern suburban community, blending sleek mid-century architecture with the natural beauty of the American River landscape. While Robert Powell’s iconic designs are synonymous with the area, Gold River continued to evolve through the early 2000s, with each village reflecting architectural advancements—higher ceilings, more gas features, and additional bedrooms to accommodate growing families. The Holiday Home Tour will showcase a variety of homes from different builders (like Coker-Ewing, U.S. Homes, and Greystone) and villages (such as Pioneer, Prospect, Eureka, and Mother Lode).
